I finally did it.  I sewed a pillow.  I'm not going to lie....it was scary.

I printed off the instructions.


I gathered the supplies.


It took me forever to measure and cut the fabric.

I almost called it a night.

But I soldiered on.

My first task was to sew a seam.



It was uneven and a bit knotted but that was OK.

Then I pinned the three fabric pieces together.



I sewed the pieces together and turned them right side out.


I stuffed the pillow inside and goodness gracious it fit!

I added some fringe.



I have to admit that I was pretty proud of myself.  Even though it took me almost a year to muster up the courage to thread the machine and make something.


I'm so glad I did.
